Shipping & Return Policy 

Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with no exceptions, through Bosta shipping company.
• Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
• Shipping fee: a flat rate of 50 EGP per order, to any governorate, regardless of the number of items in the order.
• After placing your order, our team will contact you (by phone call or WhatsApp message) to confirm your order details and address before shipping.
• We offer more than one payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD), or online payment in advance when placing the order.

Order Inspection Upon Delivery
• You have the right to inspect your product in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
• In case of any damage or defect, you can request a replacement or refuse the order free of charge.

After Receiving Your Order
• If you notice any issue with the product after receiving it — a manufacturing defect or a mismatch with what you ordered — contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or a return.

Right to Return
In accordance with Egyptian consumer protection law, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
• The product is in its original condition, with no clear signs of use.
• The original packaging and accessories (if any) are included with the product.
• You contact us first before sending back any returned item.

In case of a manufacturing defect or receiving a product different from what you ordered, please refer to our Warranty Policy — in this case, we cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
• You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped, by contacting us on WhatsApp.
• Once the shipment is out for delivery, cancellation is done by refusing the order from the delivery agent.
