Shipping Policy 

• We deliver to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with no exceptions, through Bosta shipping company.
• Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
• Shipping fee: a flat rate of 50 EGP per order, to any governorate, regardless of the number of items in the order.
• After placing your order, our team will contact you (by phone call or WhatsApp message) to confirm your order details and address before shipping.
• We offer more than one payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD), or online payment in advance when placing the order.
• You have the right to inspect the product in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. In case of any damage or defect, you can request a replacement or refuse the order free of charge.
• If you notice any issue with the product after delivery (a manufacturing defect or a mismatch with what you ordered), contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a return.
